Nathan Kelvy brings a wealth of litigation and transactional, knowledge and experience to Lubliner Law.
As an associate, Kelvy represents clients in a wide variety of litigation disputes, including financial service litigation, contract disputes, ownership disputes, real estate litigation, Homeowner and Condominium Associations, and evictions. He has an extensive background in litigating highly contested creditor’s rights cases, on behalf of national, regional, and local clients throughout Florida.
Born in Germany and raised in the Metropolitan Atlanta area, Kelvy studied at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law (UNC Law). While attending UNC Law, he was the Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review and participated in many other extra-curricular activities.
After graduating, he returned to Florida and began practicing at a prominent Creditor’s Rights firm in Tampa, Florida, focusing on highly litigated cases throughout Florida. Kelvy then relocated to South Florida where he joined a prominent national firm as a Litigation Attorney with a focus on prosecuting trials throughout Florida before joining Lubliner Law.
